helpful staff excellent pool convenient location
The staff were very quick to help with any requests. the pool and bar were excellent. i especially enjoyed the mui thai cocktail. It was a standout. also, i found the central location very convenient, awesome for easy access to nearby restaurants.

poor breakfast quality damp room
the staff were helpful and friendly, which i appreciated.
the breakfast choice was not great, and i thought the quality was poor for the price. i also found a silverfish on my clothes, unsettling. the room smelled damp, so i think the hotel has a dampness problem. a coffee machine should have been included.

fruit selection breakfast buffet helpful staff room shower rooftop pool gym equipment garage access
the breakfast buffet was extensive. it included a variety of options. i especially liked the fresh fruit selection. the staff at reception was helpful with directions (always a plus!). i found the location convenient, close to many attractions. the room had a nice shower with good water pressure.
the rooftop pool felt small compared to photos. the surrounding buildings are visible from the pool area. this limited the sense of relaxation. the gym equipment was a bit limited. it needed more variety for a full workout. i also found the parking garage access tight. it was a bit tricky to navigate with a larger car.
